143 Officer Candidates begin Naval training

 

THE Naval Education, Training and Doctrine Command – Philippine Navy (NETDC) officially commenced the training of 143 Officer Candidates of the Naval Officer Candidate Course (NOCC) Class 44 during a ceremony presided over by Rear Admiral Joe Anthony C. Orbe PN, Acting Commander, NETDC, in San Antonio, Zambales.

Comprising 101 male and 42 female recruits from diverse backgrounds across the country, the class is united by a shared goal of serving the nation through the noble profession of arms. Following their oath, they completed a two-week body conditioning phase, Reception Rites, and received essential training supplies in preparation for Basic Military Training.

NETDC remains committed to developing these future leaders into morally upright, skilled, and motivated officers of the Philippine Navy and the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
