5-storey Nacida Incubator Facility to promote easier access to innovative opportunities in Marikina City

TO provide a strategic response to the evolving demands of the community, the Department of Public Works and Highways – Metro Manila I District Engineering Office implemented the construction of NACIDA Incubator Facility, now 70% completed, and soon to rise at Barangay Concepcion Dos, Marikina City in the first quarter of 2025.

Encompassing a total floor area of 6,500 square meters, this five-storey National Cottage Industries Development Authority (NACIDA) with roof deck is designed to have spaces designated for government one-stop-shop area, showrooms, restaurants, conference rooms, and laboratory rooms allowing its citizens to own a place designated for the improvement and cultivation of their ideas and innovation. As such, this facility will provide the occupants with comfortable and fully air-conditioned rooms, elevators, well-ventilated areas, a safe environment with a fire protection system, and a modern design façade.

Enhancing the opportunities for community collaboration, DPWH-NCR is committed to providing high-quality and modernized public infrastructure facilities to contribute to a better, brighter, and more efficient National Capital Region.
