Alice Guo, tuluyang sinampahan ng kasong qualified trafficking ng DOJ sa Pasig City RTC

KINUMPIRMA ng Department of Justice (DOJ) na nakapagsampa na sila ng kasong qualified human trafficking sa Pasig RTC laban kay dating Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo.

Ayon kay DOJ Secretary Asec. Mico Clavano, kung makikitaan ng korte na may probable cause ang kanilang isinampang kaso ay magpapalabas ito ng warrant of arrest.

Walang bail o piyansa ang kasong human trafficking.

Maliban kay Guo, ay kinasuhan na rin ng DOJ si Dennis Cunanan, ang dating Technology and Livelihood Resource Center (TLRC) deputy director general.

Sinampahan din ng kaso ang umano’y naging business partners ni Alice Guo, ang representative ng Zun Yuan Technology, maging ang 12 executives at founders ng tatlong kompanya na dawit umano sa ilegal na POGO.

“The DOJ would like to confirm that the case against Alice Guo, including Dennis Cunanan, who is a former TLRC deputy director general and representative of Zun Yuan Technology, as well as 12 executives and founders of the 3 companies and Guo’s alleged business partners has been filed in the RTC of Pasig City,” wika ni Asec. Mico Clavano, Spokeperson, DOJ.

Matatandaan naman na bago ang pagsasampa ng kaso ay una nang pinayagan ng Korte Suprema na mailipat ang mga POGO cases ng mga akusado sa Pasig City RTC mula Capas, Tarlac.
