THE serious prayers of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ missionaries were once again disturbed by police!
But this time – they used a different style!
Where have you ever seen hundreds of police in full battle gear while jogging?!
Only here in front of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ at five in the morning on this Tuesday.
As usual, only their eyes are visible; even their name plates are covered.
But when the siren sounded inside the KOJC religious compound – the police suddenly made a u-turn back to Camp Catitipan.
Police jogging in front of KOJC religious compound apparently intimidating—Sen. Bato
In an interview with SMNI News, Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa stated that while police jogging cannot be stopped because it’s on public roads, their intentions are clear.
“It’s obvious what their purpose is – to intimidate those who are to be intimidated. Just keep taking and taking. Nothing is forever,” according to Senator Ronald ‘Bato’ dela Rosa.
Previously they did the same in Barangay Tamayong, where the prayer mountain is located – one of KOJC’s religious compounds attacked on June 10, 2024.
They performed foot patrols in the area without any explanation of their purpose.
This caused fear among Tamayong residents, especially the children.
Sen. Bato criticizes PNP’s wrong approach in search and arrest of Pastor ACQ
Senator Bato also criticized the police for their excessive force, almost opposing the people of Davao just because they want to arrest Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy.
“In their quest to arrest Pastor Apollo C. Qubiboloy, they are antagonizing almost everyone in Davao, harassing them and antagonizing them. This is a wrong approach. It’s a huge waste of resources,” Dela Rosa added.
Senator Dela Rosa adds that the national police are wasting resources.
He claims their actions in Davao are injustice.
“You’re looking for one person, or four people with a warrant, and it’s your duty to find them. But you shouldn’t antagonize the whole community of Davao City, harassing them all the time. That’s a waste of resources. You intimidate your own people because you can’t find the person you’re searching for. That’s unfair. That’s injustice to the people of Davao,” Dela Rosa added.
