Army boost CAFGU morale and enhance operational readiness
The Army’s 61st Infantry “Hunter” Battalion thru its Delta Company led by recently conducted visit inspection to the following Patrol Bases (PB) across the province of Antique, including Importante PB, Sta. Cruz PB, Takas PB, Tomao PB, and Aras Asan PB.
During these visits, Captain Peniero engaged with CAFGU Active Auxiliary (CAA) personnel and facilitated a Troop Information and Education (TI&E) session. Key discussions centered on the guidance of the Commanding Officer of 61IB and guidance and directives of Commander, 3rd Infantry Division, such as the enforcement of the total liquor ban, policies on driving motor vehicles, and the morale, welfare and discipline of CAA Personnel, and role of CAA in insurgency campaign.
Captain Peniero also oversaw the distribution of rice, an initiative aimed at bolstering logistical support and ensuring the well-being of personnel stationed in these remote areas.
These visits reflect 61IB’s unwavering commitment to maintaining operational excellence, reinforcing discipline, and providing consistent support for troops in the field.
