ARMY Vice Commander Maj. Gen. Leodevic B. Guinid graced the 2024 Special Operations Forces (SOF) Talks hosted by the First Scout Ranger Regiment in Camp Pablo Tecson, San Miguel, Bulacan on July 17, 2024.
The SOF Talks — anchored on the theme “Forging Elite Forces for Enhanced Territorial Defense” — highlighted the Philippine Army’s shift of focus from addressing internal threats to territorial defense operations. The talks also tackled the Army’s vision to become a multi-domain capable ground force.
