THE Coast Guard Civil Relations Service (CGCRS) conducted a Field Training Exercise (FTX) at the 2nd Infantry Division (2ID), Camp General Mateo Capinpin, Tanay, Rizal, on 24 to 26 April 2024.
As part of its personnel capability and readiness program, Coast Guardians underwent lectures on land navigations and map reading, obstacle courses, rope courses, rappelling, weapon familiarization, and marksmanship provided by Philippine Army (PA) personnel.
The CGCRS said this was to expand their knowledge and skill sets to ensure readiness for deployment.
