CONG. Paolo ‘Pulong’ Duterte, accompanied his son Rodrigo ‘Rigo’ Duterte II to file a Certificate of Candidacy (COC) as councilor in the First District of Davao City.
According to the lawmaker, he is still in talks with his family and there is no final decision yet regarding his run for the national and local elections this year. According to him, the COC filing is still until October 8.
