A coordination meeting with project engineers and contractors was recently organized by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) – Zambales 1st District Engineering Office (DEO) to strengthen collaboration and ensure the effective implementation of infrastructure initiatives.
During the forum, OIC-District Engineer Allan Ladines emphasized that open communication and effective coordination between DPWH and contractors are essential for timely project completion and addressing any construction challenges.
“By holding this coordination meeting, we aim to achieve high-quality results. Let us commit to delivering infrastructure that meets the community’s needs and adapts to their requirements,” OIC-District Engineer Allan Ladines said.
The meeting covered key topics, including project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols, with contractors urged to follow project specifications, prioritize on-site safety, and use the session as an opportunity to raise concerns and seek advice from DPWH officials to ensure smooth project execution.
The DPWH Zambales 1st DEO intends to conduct regular coordination meetings to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of all projects that will benefit the province.
