IN a significant stride to strengthen public-private partnership, support agri-fishery production, and ensure stable food prices for consumers and traders, the Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office 10 (DA-10) headed by Regional Executive Director Carlene C. Collado inked its support for the operationalization of the Regional Food Terminal in Talakag, Bukidnon through a signing of a Memorandum of Agreement with the First Community Cooperative (FICCO) and the Local Government of Talakag.
On April 26, in this city, DA-10 through Regional Technical Director for Operations Carlota S. Madriaga joined FICCO Board of Directors member Cecille Laguna, on behalf of FICCO Chief Executive Officer Edgardo A. Micayabas, FICCO Community Outreach Foundation, Inc. (FCOF) Board of Trustees chairperson Ernie A. Obsina, and Talakag mayor Vergito O. Factura in signing the MOA.
