DA nagpaalala sa LGUs: Bawal ipamigay o ibenta nang palugi ang NFA rice

MAHIGPIT na nagpaalala ang Department of Agriculture (DA) sa mga lokal na pamahalaan: Bawal ibenta ng palugi o ipamigay nang libre ang bigas mula sa NFA.

Ito ay kahit pa nga may exemption sa spending ban ng Commission on Elections (COMELEC).
