A farmers protest is also happening in India wherein dozens of them marched on tractors in Dhanpura, Uttar Pradesh to rally against the World Trade Organisation (WTO).
Multiple vehicles were seen driving on the road as well as rally participants waving flags and chanting slogans from tractor buckets.
Police can be seen controlling the protest, preventing a highway from being blocked.
The protesters urged the Indian authorities to withdraw from the WTO. They believe that the organisation’s policies would only bring harm to farmers.
Similar protests were also held in different parts of India including Punjab and Haryana.
