STARTING January 9, 2025, the Department of Public Works and Highways – North Manila District Engineering Office will conduct drainage construction along Mayhaligue Street, Sampaloc, Manila City.
The stretch from A. Rivera Street to Dagupan Street will undergo construction of a reinforced Concrete Box Culvert (RCBC) drainage system. The construction of drainage will cover the outer lane with dimension of 10 meters by 3.6 meters, requiring partial road closure (one lane). Motorists should anticipate heavy traffic in the area during the construction, and are encouraged to take alternate routes. The closed lanes will be immediately opened after the construction activities on January 19, 2025 at 11:00PM.
This project is part of the DPWH-NCR’s commitment to improving road safety and efficiency in the National Capital Region.
