“I do admit that it was a pressured response. Given the amount of pressure I was given at that time and even the rush of the motions associated with the allegations made and my subsequent admission, I was in my proper frame of mind to think clearly,”ayon kay Mago.

“I tested positive during the hearings which resulted in decline of my physical and emotional health. Additionally the overwhelming pressure and the intense scrutiny of the investigations have had a detrimental effect on my mental health. Over and above this, my personal mobile number and even my current place of address were also revealed publicly. This violated my right to privacy as a private citizen and also resulted in unwanted harassment and even disturbing messages and calls,”dagdag nito.

“Mr Chairman, the face shields were not expired and substandard. And I’ve mentioned in my opening statement that the damaged face shields were immediately segregated for proper disposal po,”ayon kay Mago.

“Not even the rules of the Senate of the Philippines including the rules of the blue ribbon committee wala silang power na mag-order of arrest. What they can do is to go to court and ask for an order of arrest. Ganun kasi ang sistema ng ating pamahalaan. Even the national prosecution service, kahit na ang ating mga piskalya hindi naman sila ang nagpapa-aresto. Not even the Department of Justice can do that,”ayon kay Cong. Marcoleta.

Marcoleta: “Kung matino kang babae sabi niya sayo diba, did you hear that?

Mago: “Opo”

Marcoleta: “Tinatanong ko lang naman, ganito ganito… Mayayayaman sila may mga kotse, kung matino kang babae something like that, so all those things you felt. At ang huli niyang tinanong sayo, pag-tinanong pa kita ngayon baka mahulog kana sa silya mo. These are the kinds of threatening and intimidating environments you were placed in.”

And also wala ring sumasabat during the time na sumasagot kami per question po your honor,’’ayon kay Krizle Grace Mago.
