FLEET-Marine Team synergy highlighted in WESCOM Amphib Ops training for enhanced security.
The Armed Forces of the Philippines‘ Western Command (WESCOM), in its unwavering commitment to ensure the safety and security of #Palawan, successfully conducted an impressive Amphibious Capability Demonstration and Training Activity.
This training event aims to align the tactics, techniques, and procedures of BRP Davao del Sur LD602 and MBLT 9 “Red Lions” Marine Amphibious Ready Unit in conducting amphibious operations.
The activity was held at Brgy. Cabayugan in #PuertoPrinsesa City on November 3, showcased the seamless coordination between the #sailors of LD602 and #marines from MBLT9.
“The successful Amphibious Capability Demonstration and Training Activity further strengthens WESCOM’s commitment to excellence and readiness,” said WESCOM Chief, VAdm Alberto Carlos PN.
“With the alignment of tactics, techniques, and procedures showcased today, our troops are better prepared to safeguard the province of Palawan and respond effectively to any future challenges,” Carlos added.
