HAMAS wants the mediators of the Gaza ceasefire to put forward a plan to implement what they had approved before instead of going to more rounds of talks or introducing new proposals.
In a statement, Hamas said it calls on the mediators to present a plan to implement what was agreed upon by the movement on Jul 2, 2024, which is based on Biden’s vision and the UN Security Council resolution.

To recall, on August 8, the leaders of Egypt, Qatar, and the United States urged Israel and Hamas not to waste more time to finalize a ceasefire agreement and resume negotiations.
According to a joint statement released by the Egyptian presidency, the three countries invited Israel and Hamas to resume the urgent discussion on August 15, in Doha or Cairo to close all remaining gaps and commence implementation of the deal without further delay.

Hamas initially said it was studying the offer, but has now said it will not send a delegation for the upcoming August 15 Gaza ceasefire talks.
