IN light of the looming danger posed by H.B. 9608, which seeks to weaken the NCIP and undermine the complete enforcement of the IPRA, alongside the broader threat to the welfare of Indigenous Peoples (IP) posed by the advocacy for Charter Change and amendments to the economic provisions of the Philippine Constitution, both IP elders and youth leaders march to Congress to vehemently express their steadfast opposition to these proposed legislations.
