FORMER President Rodrigo Roa Duterte said it’s not his business to have a loyalty check. It is for the military itself to check with them if they are still loyal to the Constitution.

Alam mo ‘yung phrase na ‘protector of the Constitution’-what does it mean to them, and what does it mean to tayong mga tao?” pahayag ni Dating Pangulong Rodrigo Roa Duterte.
