THE Japanese government plans to invite officials from the Ukrainian government to share technology that will help with the reconstruction and recovery of Ukraine from its destruction/the damages caused by the way with Russia.
This was planned for the nearing group of seven summit that will be held in Hiroshima this Friday.
It is expected that various issues will be discussed including the recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine’s social and economic infrastructure.
Prime Minister Fumio Kishida also hinted that he would possibly use the gathering as a chance to restore its ties of G7 with Ukraine.
Japan also hopes for the support of its recovery efforts by inviting Ukraine officials to inspect different means to help the war-torned country such as effective ways to remove debris and knowledge to strengthen the electric power system.
Meanwhile, as chairman, the Japanese government is looking forward to lay down a structure of the leading topics in the summit by showing support to Ukraine.
