Jewish community faces rising wave of antisemitism in Europe—report

ABOUT 96% of European Jews reported of experiencing antisemitism in their daily life.

This alarming rate was published by the European Union’s Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA).

More than 8,000 Jews in 13 European countries were interviewed for the survey.

Most of them suffered from online harassment.

The director of the EU rights watchdog attributed the rising tide of antisemitism in the region to the spillover effect of the conflict in the Middle East, particularly in Gaza, where fighting between Hamas and Israeli troops has now surpassed nine months, with no end in sight to the raging conflict.
