NAGPAABOT ng legal at medical assistance at ng mga regalo ang Jose Maria College Foundation Inc.—College of Law sa pamamagitan ng JMCFI Legal Assistance Center at Law Student practitioners nito sa mga persons deprived of liberty sa Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) sa Davao City.
Bukod rito—isang mensahe rin ang ipinaabot ni Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy hindi lamang sa mga PDL kundi pati na rin sa mga law student practitioners at personahe ng BJMP.
