HINDI pa rin humuhupa ang pagkabahala ng publiko sa isyu ng paggamit at maaaring pagkalulong sa ilegal na droga ni Pangulong Bongbong Marcos Jr.
Matatandaang dawit ang pangalan ng pangulo nang mag-viral sa social media ang Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) pre-operation report noong 2012 kung saan makikita ang kaniyang pangalan.
Itinanggi naman ito ng PDEA at sinabing hindi totoo ang nasabing dokumento.
Pero lumantad ang dating PDEA agent na si Jonathan Morales at pinatotohanan ang report sabay sabi na siya nga mismo ang umako sa nasabing pre-operation report.
Nagsagawa ang Senado ng pagdinig kaugnay dito sa pangunguna ni Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa.
Mismong si Dela Rosa ay naniniwala na totoo ang dokumento ngunit nang magpalit ng liderato ang Senado, hindi na muling nasundan ang nasabing pagdinig.
Sa press conference ng KOJC nitong Huwebes, muling nabuhay ang isyu ng posibleng paggamit ng ilegal na droga ni Marcos dahil sa mga kuwestiyonable mitong mga desisyon.
Ayon sa dating opisyal ng Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) na si Dr. Lorraine Badoy, nakababahala na ang ganitong gawain ng Pangulo.
“As a Doctor no, I’m really worried about the mental condition of this president. Kasi just recently — well actually even as soon as he started like one after the other. The kind of decision-making skills that he has is — it really is compatible with what we’ve heard and he hasn’t responded to the point where, masa-satisfy tayo about his substance abuse disorder. Naririnig natin ‘yan and yet he hasn’t responded to that,” giit ni Dr. Lorraine Badoy, Former Undersecretary, PCOO.
Inihalimbawa na rito ang naging rigodon sa Davao City Police Office kung saan sa loob isang araw ay tatlong beses na pinalitan ang hepe rito.
“Just recently, was it the Regional Director Eric, of Region 11 in 12 hours apat ‘yung palit? Davao City. So, in 12 hours apat ‘yung pinalitan. What worries me kasi is, ‘yung isa 3 hours no, it’s ridiculous it’s like a noontime show. And it really gives you a glimpse of the caliber of thinking that’s going on with someone who is our President. And this is what a chronic substance abuse disorder does. It impairs your judgment, your decision-making, your perspective of things, it makes you paranoid, it makes you depressed. So, these are the things that enter my mind as a doctor,” saad pa ni Badoy.
Hugot din ito ni Badoy sa nangyayari ngayong panggigipit at paninikil ng Marcos administration kay Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy at ng Kingdom of Jesus Christ.
“Because what’s going on in our country right now is really abysmal. It’s like a nightmare, what’s going on with the President nakikita natin. What we are seeing now with Pastor Quiboloy and the Kingdom, horrible as it is, is just being replicated all over the country and all branches of our government,” aniya.
Samantala, matatatandaan nang tanungin si Marcos kaugnay sa alegasyong gumagamit ng ilegal na droga ay hindi niya ito direktang itinanggi kundi tinawanan lamang – na labis ding ikinairita ng publiko.
