SA kaniyang pinakabagong statement, nagtakda si Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy ng mga kondisyon bago siya humarap sa mga recycled na kaso laban sa kaniya, partikular dito ang garantiya na hindi makikialam ang Estados Unidos sa mga kasong ito.
Inihayag din ni Pastor Apollo na ang lahat ng ito ay pakana ng Amerika at ang kanilang plano na extraordinary rendition laban sa kaniya.

Ito ang hamon ni Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy sa kaniyang pinakabagong statement na inilabas nitong Abril 6, 2024 sa gitna ng mga akusasyong ipinupukol laban sa kaniya.
Ibinunyag ni Pastor Apollo na alam na niya ang plano ng Amerika laban sa kaniya at ang pagpupursigi ng naturang bansa na magsagawa ng extraordinary rendition.
Ang extraordinary rendition ay ang palihim na paglilipat ng isang indibidwal, isasailalim sa matinding interogasyon, tortyur, o maging kamatayan. Wala itong due process.
At dahil sa banta na ito, ipinahayag ni Pastor Apollo na magpapakita lamang siya at haharapin ang lahat ng mga akusasyon sa kondisyong hindi makikialam ang Estados Unidos.
“Now, unless you give me a guarantee that the American authorities won’t interfere, FBI, CIA, or any of them. I will face the cases which are very simple. Especially the ones in front of us are liars. The documents are in our hands, why wouldn’t I face them? I’m avoiding it because I know your playbook. The ending is extraordinary rendition. The American authorities will have me, I will become Claro M. Recto number 2, I will die in their hands – announce to the whole world, I died of a heart attack but I’m dead. That’s the endgame of this playbook and you can’t deny that,” dagdag ni Pastor Apollo.
Matatandaan na ang lahat ng mga kasong isinampa laban kay Pastor Apollo sa Estados Unidos ay kasalukuyang hinaharap na ng 22 abogado ng Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC), at mayroon aniya silang sapat na dokumento para mapasinungalingan ang mga akusasyon laban sa butihing Pastor.
Ayon pa kay Pastor Apollo, matagal nang naghihintay ang legal team ng KOJC na gumulong ang kaso, dahil mahigit tatlong taon na itong nakabinbin, dahil sa pagpapaliban dito ng kabilang kampo.
Ang nasabing hearing sa Amerika ay itinakda sa Nobyembre 5 ng taong ito.
“If I attend, the end game certainly is for me- to fall into the hands of the American authorities. It is still an extraordinary rendition. When that couldn’t do that, even though they had warrants of arrest because I didn’t attend their hearing because I protected myself because I knew all of this was just a trap to ultimately put me in the hands of the American authorities. Samantala, sa parehas na statement ay binanggit ni Pastor Apollo ang mga patibong na inilatag para sa extraordinary rendition kabilang dito ang mga imbestigasyon na isinagawa ng Kamara at Senado.
“Unless you give me the guarantee I’m looking for, you won’t see me. Go ahead, manhunt me. I will stand up and not submit to your injustice. I will not submit to tyrannical rule. I will not submit to oppression and suppression of my rights,” aniya.
