Official Statement of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ

NO amount of old or new allegations and accusations against Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy can justify the nightmarish 16-day siege on August 2024 of police forces numbering more or less 5,000 police officers who forcibly entered the KOJC Central Compound in Davao City to commit untold human rights abuse that caused the death of one missionary worker in inhaling tear gas smoke that hit him in the face; violations of our fundamental constitutional rights to life, liberty and property; abuse of our exercise of religion not being able to worship as the police turned our House of Worship into a command post barring KOJC members to enter; abuse on freedom of education as Jose Maria College Building was commandeered by police forces occupying it for their personal use;

JMC students of all levels were not allowed by police to go to school for 16 long days as they occupied the whole JMC Building; abuse of freedom of movement, illegal search and right to due process violated as the police was only armed with a warrant of arrest of one Sylvia Cemanes of Pasig (no Davao address and no search warrant); child abuse, psychological, physical, mental torture and trauma of untold proportions, illegal occupation, desecration of place of worship, and destruction of private property through excavation and illegal digging at JMC Basement and untold misery and pain of KOJC Compound residents, including minors, senior citizens, men and women who until now are suffering PTSD or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder that can emotionally devastate victims for years of their lives.

The forcible illegal entry of police forces numbering more or less 5,000 police officers fully armed and is first to happen in Philippine History is tantamount to the rape of our 1987 Constitution and has given a chilling effect on every Filipino Citizen, that if they have done this to a large known religious community like KOJC that are law-abiding and God-fearing, then surely they can do it to everyone regardless. This unbridled police power, if left unchecked and uncorrected, will descend our beloved nation into a rule of tyranny and oppression resorting to police terrorism. This illegal occupation of KOJC Central Compound in Davao occupying and randomly searching every building lasted 16 long torturous days!

This report does not yet include in details the First Wave of police assault on four (4) KOJC Compounds with the same proportion of lawless violence resulting in the death of two (2) Indigenous Peoples (Ips) and one (1) minor 15-year old lost his mind because of trauma, in medical terms is schizophrenia, in Kitbog.

June 10 is better known as the Day of Infamy and August 24 β€” September 8 is the Second Wave of 16 days of another infamy. Many minors, children are still being rehabilitated from this traumatic experience as of this writing.
