THE approved budget of 733 million pesos for the Office of the Vice President (OVP) for 2025 may still increase or decrease.
Currently, Senate President Francis Escudero is reviewing the said budget proposal.
He is also waiting for the committee report from Sen. Grace Poe, who is the chairperson of the Senate Committee on Finance.
To recall from an initial proposal of P2B, the House of Representatives approved only 733 million pesos for the OVP’s budget.
However, this will not be the final fund for the OVP in 2025, as the proposed budget will still go through the bicameral committee.
