THE Office of the Vice President (OVP) – Western Mindanao Satellite Office (WMSO) joined in the observance of Earth Day through Project Rio – a River Clean Up and Improvement Activity led by young leaders of Jovenez Allianza de Zamboanga at Barangay Tetuan.
OVP WMSO and other partners from the public and private sectors were invited by the USAID to form part of this initiative as part of their Opportunity 2.0 Project.
