THE Commanding General of the Philippine Air Force, Lieutenant General Arthur M Cordura PAF, brought warmth to the personnel assigned at the Tactical Operations Group 1 “Highlanders” during his official field visit at TOG 1 Headquarters, Loakan Airport, Baguio City on February 14, 2025.
Lieutenant General Cordura was received by Colonel Arvin C Acosta PAF, Group Commander, TOG 1.
In his Talk-to-Troops, the PAF Chief lauded the invaluable contributions of TOG 1 personnel, particularly the unit’s efforts to align with the Air Force’s vision and strategic goals. Lieutenant General Cordura also cascaded the PAF’s Command Thrust, “FOCUS PAF,” a strategic framework aimed at building a Mission-Oriented, Capability-Driven, and Values-Based Air Force.
Lieutenant General Cordura’s visit at TOG 1 served as an opportunity to emphasize the importance of the Unit’s continued commitment to excellence and its role in supporting the overall mission of the PAF.
TOG 1 has played a significant role in regional fire suppression efforts, deploying PAF assets and personnel to safeguard communities and valuable resources, further highlighting the unit’s exemplary service and dedication.
