THE Coast Guard District Bicol (CGDBCL) has mobilized personnel to various locations and ports in the Bicol Region to ensure the safety of travelers during the holiday season.
This initiative is part of Oplan Byaheng Ayos: Pasko 2024, which aims to provide a secure and convenient travel experience for the public.
The CGDBCL has heightened security at ports, set up 24/7 help desks for passenger assistance, and is conducting regular vessel inspections for safety compliance. Additionally, the district is working in close coordination with the PNP, Bureau of Fire Protection, and other agencies to ensure a comprehensive response to any emergencies.
