THE Philippine Navy and the Embassy of Ireland hosted “Bridging Horizons,” a cultural exchange led by Captain Gregory Gerald V Fabic PN, Commander, Civil Military Operations Group – Philippine Navy on January 15, 2025, at the Embassy of Ireland, Makati City.
Capt. Fabic discussed the importance of cooperation and mutual understanding between the Philippine Navy and its international partners, while Brigadier General Doroteo Jose M Jalandoni PN(M), Commander, Naval Reserve Command, delivered the message from the Flag Officer In Command, Philippine Navy.
PO2 Kristine Ann Suguilon-Lim PN (Res), the Philippine Navy’s Goodwill Ambassador for Culture and Arts, alongside BGen. Jalandoni PN(M), Capt. Sales, Capt. Fabic, and Commander Medardo, led the unveiling ceremony of artworks that symbolize the spirit of cultural exchange that transcends borders and were presented to the Ambassador of Ireland, Her Excellency Emma Hickey.
Ambassador Hickey then emphasized the enduring friendship between the Philippines and Ireland, highlighting the importance of continued diplomatic dialogue and cooperation.
The Philippine Navy and the Embassy of Ireland reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening ties, building bridges of understanding, and working towards a brighter, more cooperative future.
