PHILIPPINE Navy junior officers assigned in the Philippine Military Academy shared their professional experiences during the First-Class Midshipmen Mentoring Program at the Lopez Hall of Leaders on November 7, 2024.
The officers had the opportunity to share their knowledge, expertise, and insights with midshipmen, cadets who are set to join the Philippine Navy upon graduation.
The program aims to cultivate the leadership skills and character of the cadets, preparing them for future roles in the field. Likewise, advises about the Navy’s diverse Fields of Specialization were also provided to guide the cadets in their lifelong careers.
