THE Philippine National Police (PNP) will carry out an all-out war against the New People’s Army (NPA).
In a virtual presser, PNP Chief General Archie Gamboa said the president’s offer signaled that the PNP should intensify its fight against the rebel group.
This was after President Rodrigo Duterte announced his offer of P2-M reward for information leading to the arrest of NPA leaders.
Gamboa also said that the PNP remains ‘motivated’ in its anti-NPA campaign despite fighting COVID-19.
Gamboa emphasized that the NPA also continues to attack police and soldiers despite declaring a ceasefire to focus on the COVID-19 affected in the country.
