A 14-year-old student was issued a restriction order under the Internal Security Act (ISA) in Singapore after attempting to organize pro-Hamas attacks and even tried to brainwash his classmates.
The self-radicalized boy who was not identified by authorities allegedly started a recruitment process online to organize pro-Hamas attacks.
He was hoping to recruit 60 to 100 people to carry out attacks in Singapore.
The boy also tried to brainwash his classmates but failed.
The teenage student was radicalized online as the result of the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict.
He also expressed willingness to fight for the prophesied Muslim group Black Flag Army (BFA).
A 33-year-old female manager and former public servant who was a staunch supporter of the Iran-backed Axis of Resistance was also issued a restriction order by the Singaporean government.
The Axis of Resistance is a network of Islamist militant and terrorist organizations, including Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis, that stage attacks against Israelis.
The two Singaporeans have been radicalized separately in just a few months.
