I am Salvador C. Medialdea, one of the counsel of former President Duterte. The 79 year old former President has been forcibly taken outside the Philippines, a sovereign nation with a fully functioning government and judicial system.
He has not consented to be taken outside the Philippines. As his counsel, I ask the ICC to ensure the safety of the 79 year old former President and access to him of an immediate hospital confinement and other Medical attention as provided under our Constitution and International Laws.
I do not have a valid visa to enter the Netherlands and require the assistance of the Philippine Embassy as well as the ICC so I can fulfill my duty as one of his counsel to protect his rights.
His accompanying personal nurse and aide have likewise no valid visa for which are requesting issuance thereof with the assistance of the Philippine Embassy!
