WRAPPING up the first day of the Ilocos and Pangasinan Region leg of the Philippine Experience Program (PEP), Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco and PEP delegates were treated to a visual spectacle of the Ilocos Sur Dancing Fountain at the Plaza Salcedo in Vigan City, a mesmerizing addition to the heritage city’s timeless charm.
A captivating water fountain display coming from numerous jets dance in harmony with light and music, offering the PEP delegates and guests a delightful way to conclude the journey in the historical town.
Tourists can witness the dancing fountain every night from 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
