THE Kremlin said two drones attacked Putin’s residence on Wednesday night.
The presidential service said Putin was unharmed and continues to work as usual after Ukraine’s attempted drone attempt.
Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told the media that Putin was not in Kremlin when the attack happened.
As he was working in Novo-Ogaryovo just outside Moscow.
Meanwhile, the drones have been disabled, and the fall and its fragments are scattered across the Kremlin territory. No casualties or material damage occurred.
The Kremlin described the incident as a terrorist attack and warned of retaliation for what happened.
Saying that it reserves the right to retaliate anywhere and anytime it deems necessary.
The incident follows as Russian authorities banned all drones flying over Moscow except those necessary for state needs.
The attack also took place as Russia prepares for its May 9 victory day celebrations, one of the most awaited events in Russia in commemoration of the victory against Nazi Germany and World War 2 allies.
