Duterte and Go Negosyo founder Joey Concepcion encouraged senior high students of the country’s largest secondary school to consider a career in entrepreneurship during Go Negosyo’s Youthpreneur event at the Rizal High School in Pasig City last April 8, 2024.
VP Duterte and Concepcion welcomed nearly a thousand senior high school students who stayed for the half-day learning session with some of the country’s top businessmen to learn about the basics of entrepreneurship.

Youthpreneur is one of the programs contained in a Memorandum of Agreement signed between Go Negosyo and the Department of Education in November last year and aims to promote an entrepreneurial mindset among Filipino youth, build skills through mentorship, and increase financial literacy.
Other programs covered by the MOA aim to raise agricultural awareness, cultivate entrepreneurial skills in agriculture, and facilitate industry connections for mentorship. Since its launch, Youthpreneur has been held in Quezon City, Manila and Baguio City to thousands of enthusiastic youths eager to learn about entrepreneurship.
