A Prayer for Clean and Honest Elections
Almighty Father, Lord Jesus Christ,
We come before You today with grateful hearts,
to honor and bless You for all You have done
for our beloved country, the Philippines.
We acknowledge that apart from You,
we are nothing.
We place our full trust in Your Divine providence,
knowing that You are sovereign over the affairs of our land.
As we approach the electoral process this coming Monday, May 12, we humbly ask for Your guidance over every Filipino voter. Grant us wisdom and discernment to choose leaders who are righteous, just, and committed to the common good.
Father, help us elect leaders who will stand for the
oppressed, and the victims of injustice.
Give us the insight to choose those who will listen to Your Word and walk in the ways of truth, integrity, and justice.
We pray for protection as we cast our votes—
may every polling place be safe, peaceful, and accessible to all. We ask that every vote be counted honestly and reported accurately.
Strengthen our election workers, grant them endurance, skill, and unwavering integrity.
We pray that there will be no violence or harm on this day.
We pray for the media—may their reporting be fair, truthful, and a force for unity rather than division.
We pray for the candidates, that they would be granted a vision for progress, peace, and genuine service for every Filipino.
Bless the seekers for political positions, from the Senate, Congress and the local government units in the Philippines.
We pray for the Duterte Senatorial Candidates under PDP-Laban whom you have called to serve:

be exposed and dismantled, so that our nation,
rooted in righteousness, may rise to greater heights of blessing and success.
