THE New People’s Army (NPA), a designated terrorist organization and enemy of the state, is actively conducting online recruitment operations.
They are exploiting social media platforms, online games, messaging apps, and other digital spaces to deceive and manipulate individuals—particularly the youth—into joining their ranks under false pretenses of advocacy, livelihood, or belonging.
The AFP strongly urges the public to exercise extreme vigilance in their online interactions.
This recruitment activity is illegal and a direct threat to national peace and security. The public is strongly warned: Do not be fooled.
