THE earthquake struck Occidental Mindoro on Tuesday afternoon, and it was felt in parts of Luzon, including Metro Manila.
Images and videos were shared on various social media platforms showing government workers leaving the Senate, the Presidential Palace, and the building of the Justice Department.
The earthquake also disrupted the committee hearing on SMNI at the House of Representatives.
Government officials and personnel later returned to the buildings as there were no reported problems or damage caused by the earthquake.
