Davao City reports web app launched

TO provide efficient public services and response time to complaints, concerns, and other issues from Dabawenyos, the Davao City Reports (DCR) launched its web app on Monday.

The creation of the DCR web app is part of the city government’s digitalization projects since 2022 to further improve its services to the public.

Dabawenyos may access the web app using their computers, smartphones, and tablets through this link: https://reports.davaocity.gov.ph/.

To file a report, Dabawenyos simply have to register in the web app by filling up the form with their email, full name, and contact information.

Once registered, click the “Submit a Report” button then fill out the subject and complete details of the report and also provide the location of the report.

An update on the report will be sent through email within three to five days. The status of the reports may also be monitored through the app as well as the history of reports made.

The City Government of Davao assures the public that all reports are validated before being rerouted to the concerned offices for immediate action.

Dabawenyos are urged to exercise zero tolerance towards illegal activities and issues in the community, and to report these to the DCR.

DCR was launched in 2017 as the official platform of the city government to cater to complaints, concerns, issues and other reports from Dabawenyos.

Dabawenyos may also lodge their reports, concerns, and complaints through the DCR’s Official Facebook Page at Davao City Reports, or by sending a message through these numbers: 0917 131 2333 and 0919 072 2222; or send email at [email protected].
