According to political analyst Prof. Froilan Calilung, former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte came out more prepared than the committee itself.
“It seems to me that pang-11 hearing na nila ‘to pero parang they were not able to build on anything from the previous hearings and that they were not able to solidify any position against the former president.”
“So, ang nangyari, parang it’s the former president who came out more prepared than the committee itself, which is very disheartening,” according to Prof. Froilan Calilung, Political Analyst.
