LOVE for the country and concern for the environment are among the criteria sought by Nation Builders and Mosliv Awards in their awardees.
Also considered is their contribution to the expansion and development of their community or organization.
The said award-giving body previously recognized several public servants, organizations, media, and personalities from various fields who lead in the campaign for nation-building. Among them is Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, Sonshine Media Network International (SMNI), and SMNI Foundation.
The awards ceremony took place at the Grand Ballroom of Okada Manila, where Nation Builders and Mosliv Awards once again selected outstanding awardees who meet their standards in recognizing their achievements and steps to keep their community sustainable and livable.
Some of the Filipino lawmakers who were honored expressed gratitude for their contribution in crafting laws that push for programs that will uplift the nation.
Department of the Interior and Local Government or DILG Undersecretary for Public Safety Serafin P. Barreto was also recognized.
Barreto reminded local government units to provide services to remote areas so that residents can feel the assistance and care of the government for them.
Some of the mayors who were honored expressed their gratitude for their initiatives and programs that provide services to the citizens and contribute to environmental conservation.
The Nation Builders and Mosliv Awards 2023 aims to inspire and motivate Filipino public servants to excel further in implementing projects related to supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals for a global climate-neutral society by 2050.
