THE Office for Transportation Security (OTS) Administrator Undersecretary Ma. O Aplasca administers today, 12 April 2023, the oath-taking of Epifanio A. Bragais, Jr. as the new Division Chief of the International Affairs Division (IAD) replacing Jose V. Carillo, who was appointed by President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. as Director IV of the OTS Transport Security Policy and Program Service (TSPPS) last month.
IAD is a division under TSPPS, which is primarily responsible for coordinating with international organizations and foreign counterparts, to enhance international relations, exchange information and best practices on transport security.
