PAF anniversary exhibit series: PAF opens its first-ever mall exhibit in Butuan City

AS part of its 77th pre-anniversary celebration, the Philippine Air Force (PAF) launched the sixth leg of its pre-anniversary exhibit series at Robinsons Place Butuan on June 1, 2024.

Hosted by the Tactical Operations Group 10 – TOG10, Tactical Operations Wing Eastern Mindanao, PAF the three-day exhibit (running until June 3) offers mall-goers a chance to explore PAF’s diverse capabilities in territorial defense, combat support, and humanitarian assistance and disaster response.

The opening ceremony featured an impressive K-9 capability demonstration by the 710th Special Operations Wing (710TH SPOW) highlighting their skills and expertise.

Visitors also had the unique opportunity to experience virtual flight training through desktop simulators and visit a recruitment booth to assist aspiring Airmen and Civilian Human Resources with their questions and guide them through the recruitment process.

Adding a touch of fun to the event, CPT AGUILA, the PAF mascot, was present to interact with mall-goers, spreading cheer and sharing smiles.
