THE Philippine Air Force (PAF) gains another star-rank officer as the Commanding General, PAF, Lieutenant General Arthur M Cordura PAF, donned the one-star rank insignia on Brigadier General Onorlie B Brillantes PAF during a ceremony held at the PAF Headquarters, Colonel Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City, on March 5, 2025.
Lieutenant General Cordura also presented the Pershing Cap and the PAF Gold Wings to Brigadier General Brillantes. This promotion highlights Brigadier General Brillantes’ exceptional leadership, dedication, and unwavering commitment to service. He currently serves as the Deputy Commander of the Air Force Reserve Command.
