VETERAN soldiers honored in line with this year’s Philippine Veterans Week and Veterans Day celebration at the Heroes Cemetery in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, April 5, 2024.
Under the theme “Honoring the Courage of Veterans: Reliance of the United Filipino People,” the country honored the valor and bravery shown by the Filipino army veterans.
Veterans offered red roses in recognition of their comrades in World War II.
Army Commanding General LtGen. Roy Galido, officials of the Department of National Defense, Philippine Veterans Affairs Office, Navy, AFP personnel and Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of the Philippines were also present.
