PHILIPPINE Sports Commission (PSC) Chairman Richard E. Bachmann graced the opening ceremony of the 46th SEASA Philippines 2024 at the PSC-PNSA Shotgun Range, BuCor in Muntinlupa City, Philippines.
“I wish everyone Goodluck in this international event and this sport is kind of new to me… I’ll be watching and cheering [for] all countries,” said Chairman Bachmann in his opening remarks.
Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) Director Gen. Gregorio Catapang Jr., Philippine National Shooting Association (PNSA) President Cong. Faustino Michael Dy III, and Sec Gen Irene Garcia were among the present officials in the ceremony.
