ON May 13, 2025, at around 2:50 PM BST, the SBOC of the Philippine Embassy in London printed the initialization report from the CCS.
The report showed zero votes for all senatorial and party-list candidates across the six precincts under the embassy, confirming that no votes had been added prior to the canvassing of election returns.
This process was carried out in the presence of media and poll watchers.
The poll watchers signed the documents to officially acknowledge that they witnessed the vote counts were all at zero from the start.
