202CDC, Isabela State University team-up for Reservists Geo-Tracking System

THE 202nd Community Defense Center (202CDC) of the Reserve Command, Philippine Army and Isabela State University (ISU) formalized a partnership that will modernize reservist management in a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing ceremony on February 12, 2025 at the ISU San Mateo Campus.

The Tactical Assignment And Reservist Geo-Tracking System (PROJECT TARGET) is a cutting-edge initiative designed to enhance the tracking, profiling and monitoring of Army reservists in Isabela.

The system, developed through an integrated approach, will function as an online Management Information System (MIS( that provides real-time data on reservists in both stand-by and ready reserve status.

By leveraging data analytics, the program will assist decision-makers in optimizing the deployment and utilization of the reserve force in the province.
