Japan’s Komeito delegation received a welcome from china for promoting the improvement and development of bilateral relations.
The Japanese delegation was led by Natsuo Yamaguchi, who is also the leader of the said ruling coalition party.
Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Mao Ning, said that China hopes that the visit will push for improving the relationship between China and Japan.
“China welcomes the visit of the delegation, led by Komeito’s Leader Natsuo Yamaguchi. We hope it will push for improving and growing China-Japan relations through communication and exchanges,” according to Mao Ning.
Meanwhile, Mao said that China believes that the trilateral cooperation with China, Japan, and South Korea will be beneficial for the region.
“The Chinese side believes that the trilateral cooperation serves the common interests of our three countries and is beneficial to regional stability and prosperity. The three sides are in contact on matters related to this meeting,” Mao Ning, added.
Mao also said that the entire Chinese side believes that trilateral cooperation serves the mutual interests of the three countries and promotes stability and development in the regions.
